Pricing

A diagnostic from £2,000. Builds from £10,000.

We quote the build only after measuring your exception rate, because that number decides the price and it is not knowable from a conversation. If that is above where you are, say so early and we will tell you honestly whether this is worth a call.

Typically bought by operations, finance operations or shared-services leads at UK and Ireland firms of roughly 50 to 500 people.

The honest comparison

You can buy an automation for a few hundred pounds. This is not that.

The cheaper thing

Someone builds an automation, hands it over, and it is yours to keep working. When a form changes or an edge case appears, it is your team that finds out and your team that fixes it. For a stable, low-stakes process that is often the right purchase, and we will say so.

What this is

We run the workflow and stay accountable for it. There is an agreed completion rate and error rate in the contract, a named person who owns the exceptions, and a monthly report on cost per case and cycle time. The difference is not build quality — it is who is responsible on the day it is wrong.

If nobody in your organisation would be blamed for the workflow being wrong, buy the cheaper thing. The price here is for carrying that risk, not for the software.

How an engagement runs

Three steps, and you can stop after any of them

Each step is priced on its own and produces something you keep. There is no commitment to the next one.

01

Workflow Diagnostic

£2,000 – £5,000

About a week

We sit with the workflow as it actually runs, not as it is documented, and measure it.

  • Shadowing the people who do the work today
  • The real volume, cycle time and cost per case
  • The exception rate — the number that decides whether this is buildable
  • Which systems have to be touched, and whether they can be
  • A written recommendation, including when the answer is not to build

You own the diagnostic whatever you decide next. Several are worth more as a process document than as a prelude to software.

02

Pilot Build

£10,000 – £40,000

Four to eight weeks

One workflow, built and put into service, with the accuracy standard agreed in advance.

  • Quoted after the diagnostic, never before — the exception rate sets the price
  • Integration with the systems the work already lives in
  • An agreed completion rate and error rate, written into the contract
  • The escalation route, and who is accountable when it is wrong
  • Your Data Protection Impact Assessment, written
  • Code, configuration and documentation, owned by you

At the end you have a workflow in service and the numbers to judge it by. If it misses the agreed standard, that is our problem to fix, and the contract says so.

03

Run-rate

£1,000 – £5,000 / month

Rolling, 30 days' notice

We keep running it — monitoring, exceptions, and the drift that follows any change.

  • Exception handling inside the agreed response time
  • Correction when your systems, forms or rules change
  • Monthly reporting on the metrics we agreed at build
  • First call on the next workflow at a price fixed at signature

Optional, and priced at signature rather than negotiated once you depend on it. Plenty of clients take the build and run it themselves — the handover is written for that.

Scope

What we do not do

Cheaper to read now than to discover in week three.

  • Replacing your ERP, finance system or case management platform
  • Anything that needs a platform with no route in for a supplier of our size
  • Workflows where the decision carries professional liability we cannot hold
  • An open-ended programme — every engagement is one workflow with an end
  • Headcount reduction plans. We measure work, not people

If this needs a second signature

The case, without the arithmetic we cannot do for you

A diagnostic sits inside what most operations leads can approve alone. A build usually does not, and will involve finance. We would rather help you write that case than have you build it from a brochure.

What we will not do is put a saving on this page. Every credible number depends on your volume, your current cost per case and your exception rate — which is precisely what the diagnostic exists to measure. A supplier quoting a percentage before seeing your data is quoting somebody else’s.

After the diagnostic you get the real figures: what the workflow costs you today, what it would cost run this way, and the share of cases that still need a person. If that does not carry a business case, we will say so, and you will have paid for a measurement rather than a project.

Start with the workflow that annoys you most.

Tell us what it is and roughly how much of it there is. If it is not a fit, that is a short conversation and no one has lost anything.
